3rd Joint Soft Transferable Skills Training Program
FONDA, together with the other two European Twinning projects based at Universidade de Aveiro - EPIBOOST and SUPRALIFE, is involved in the organization of the 3rd Joint Soft Transferable Skills Training Program, taking place in the city of Aveiro, Portugal, from 12-14 March 2025.
The soft transferable skills training is designed to advance the professional development and broaden the career perspectives of students and researchers, regardless of their background or specialization. It equips participants with the essential tools to excel in their professional journeys and unlock their full potential.
Topics Covered: job hunting in science, CV clinics/coaching, roads to leadership and success, networking and career development, the power of volunteering, social media for science, regeneration into action for the greater good, innovation and money-making, and AI tools in practice.
Participants will have the unique opportunity to interact closely with invited speakers, exchange ideas and experiences with peers in an informal and relaxed environment, and obtain insights to enhance their careers and professional outlook.
